Customer Service: going the extra mile for Epithelix

Last week, we were called in for a time-critical service case at Epithelix in Geneva: an urgent solution for nebulization of a new substance in the Cloud System was required.

The aerosol generation was vital for an important study – when working with complex cell cultures models time is always of the essence.

Together with Jimmy Vernaz, whose collaboration was key on-site, and thanks to our wide expertise with different nebulizers, we were able to resolve the problem quickly and keep everything on track.
